Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order request. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Your order will only be accepted once we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched or is ready for dispatch. This confirmation will be sent once we have verified your details and confirmed stock availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Stock Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all product information and stock levels shown on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to wait for restocking or receive a full refund.
Pricing
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Any confirmed orders already accepted will not be affected by later price changes.
All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Payments can be made via PayPal (which includes debit and credit cards) or by cheque.
Orders paid by cheque will only be dispatched once funds have fully cleared.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times provided by postal services (such as 24 or 48 hour services) refer to working days only and are estimates, not guarantees.
For example, orders placed on Thursday afternoon may be dispatched on Friday, with estimated delivery on the following Monday.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control. No compensation will be offered for delivery delays.

Right to Cancel (Consumer Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must be sent back promptly, unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
No refund will be issued without a returned item and prior cancellation request.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in resalable condition. Any damage, excessive creasing, soiling, pet hair, dirt, fibres, or signs of use may result in a deduction from the refund to cover cleaning, repair, or loss of value.
If an item shows clear signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. In this case, the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs if the item is sent back to them.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible. In rare cases, refunds may take up to 30 days to complete.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method wherever possible.
Damaged or Faulty Items
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged or faulty. Please provide photographic evidence where possible.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Product Descriptions and Images
We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.
All sizes and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. If you require exact measurements, please contact us before purchasing. We cannot be held responsible for size discrepancies unless confirmed in writing prior to purchase.
Communication
By placing an order, you agree that communication between you (the buyer) and us (the seller) will primarily take place electronically via email, and that this satisfies legal communication requirements.
Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your contract with us to any third party without our written consent.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal disruptions, supplier issues, natural disasters, or technical failures.
