14-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, in the same condition you received it, and preferably in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or your details confirming who you are.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Custom or personalised items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at admin@oldbritain.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return. The returns address is Oldbritain, 10 Ryecroft Avenue, Clayhall, Ilford, Essex, IG5 0UQ.
Please do not send your return without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
- Original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
We can exchange items if they are defective or damaged or if you need to change size or colour If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at admin@oldbritain.com. A further charge for a second shipping will be required for exchanges unless it is our mistake or a faulty product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@oldbritain.com.
